I decided to make a move from Virginia to Vero Beach to hang out with my 89 year old Dad. Though I had visited him a number of times, I really had no knowledge of Vero and the surrounding areas, and where I might like to live. After contacting Chris and having a brief conversation, he set me up with a couple of searches that would provide me regular updates of listings in the area, based on criteria I had provided. This allowed me to narrow my search over time and focus on certain areas and even specific communities, and Chris was able to edit the criteria as my requirements became more defined. I NEVER felt any pressure which was a joy! When I made my trip to view properties, Chris made himself available to look at all of my choices, and worked his schedule to add in other viewings I had come up with last minute, which ultimately facilitated my purchase. Chris's knowledge of the area is extensive and I loved the fact that when I mentioned a specific community he usually had some family that lived there. That provided an extra comfort level to me. We ran into some bumps with contract negotiation that Chris quickly handled to my benefit, mitigating that stress. I ultimately ended up in Sebastian, and LOVE it. Post-contract, Chris was able to recommend a fantastic contractor to do some upgrading that I wanted to do before moving in and they did an awesome job. Overall the experience could not have been better and I would absolutely recommend Chris to any of my friends and everyone else wanting to move to the area, or just move down the street!
