I was looking for a property in the Vero Beach area to locate from the UK. His responsiveness and understanding of the local market, and in finding the RIGHT property during my brief flying visits was made easy with his ever available indepth local knowledge. He handled the whole process with the title company and was welcoming when we finally arrived. If anyone needs to find something in the Vero/Sebastian area I cannot recommend him too highly. Chris is amazing! He listened to our requests (and the list was long) He was patient and answered all of our questions. We worked together with Chris for over 10 months searching for the right home while living in another state with a 3 hour time difference! (This meant some late nights for Chris and he never hesitated or complained as a matter of fact he was more than happy to help ) We were working with a tight budget and were picky buyers. Chris sent us cistomized reports listing houses that met our criteria, he took videos for us so we could experience the walk through process and he called us and went over all of our concerns, ran comps, met with our house inspectors, service providers and at closing mailed us keys but he did not stop there. Chris went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. Since closing on our new home Chris remains in touch and has assisted us in so many ways and continues to do so. He is a professional first and foremost. We feel we made a friend for life. If you want a honest, dependable, knowledgeable and truly kind person who cares assisting you with your home purchase you need not look any further than Chris Junker. We feel blessed.

Chris has been helping my fiancé and I look for everything from rentals to buying. He worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home! And we finally did!!!! Chris was absolutely great in every way! I bought a house sight unseen from Seattle and he did research to find exactly what I wanted in a house and yard. He made a detailed video and arranged inspections, etc. He was always immediately responsive, helpful, resourceful and very nice. Chris is a very patient , helpful and versed in helping his clients in finding the best home for their needs. Chris also is there every step of the way to support you and help in the loan and closing process. VERY TRUST WORTHY. This man is a guaranteed home seller. He learns about his clients and he makes sure that everyone in the deal is happy even if that means he doesn't get a cut. He uses all his resources to make sure that your house is sold and I'm sure he does the same for buyers. He had a buyer for my house before it was even listed. Chris knows the area and he knows the people, he's very respectable and very calm through any situation. You can't go wrong working with him.
