Chris Junker is the very BEST realtor I have ever worked with in purchasing a home. My wife and I have purchased many homes over the years. He is very knowledgeable about market conditions. He is calm and really finds what you are looking for in buying a house. He takes time to listen, then looks for what is available in that market that fits your desires, needs, and pocket book. He wants to make sure that when you do finally purchase a house, you do not have buyer's regret. He is a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being excellent. So, if anyone is looking for a home to purchase in the Melbourne, Vero Beach, or Sebastian area, Chris Junker should be first on your list of realtors.

Chris helped us every step of the way in the purchase of our new home. We moved into a new community and Chris told us where to locate things, what businesses offered things we were looking for and who offered services we needed. We took advantage of his knowledge of the area. We called him with questions when we thought of them, which included evenings and weekends and Chris replied cheerfully (altho we may have disturbed his dinner). While trying to decide on a house, Chris helped us rate our needs/wants in each home, making the decision easier in our minds. As we closed on our house, Chris was there to see us through. The closing was postponed a day and then delayed by 2 hours the following day. Chris stayed with us to be sure it was happening! We appreciated his care and concern and his phone calls to people able to pull strings and answer questions. His support was incredible!
